  • Any behavior or content that harms or exploits children

Any violation of these standards is taken seriously and addressed immediately.


2. App Design and Child Safety

  • Our apps are designed to be safe for general audiences.

  • We do not include chat systems, social networking features, or user‑generated content.

  • Users cannot upload, share, or distribute content within the app.

  • The app does not enable interaction between users.

These design choices significantly reduce risks related to child exploitation or abuse.


3. Data Collection and Privacy

  • We do not knowingly collect, request, or store personal information from children under the age of 13.

  • No account creation or personal data submission is required to use the app.

  • Any limited data collected by third‑party services (such as ads or analytics) is processed according to their privacy policies and applicable child protection laws (including COPPA, where applicable).


4. Advertising and Third‑Party Services

  • Advertisements shown in the app comply with Google Play’s Child Safety and Families policies.

  • We do not knowingly display ads that contain sexual, violent, or inappropriate content for children.

  • Third‑party partners are selected based on compliance with child safety and data protection standards.


5. Legal and Policy Compliance

We comply with all relevant child protection laws and platform policies, including but not limited to:

  • Google Play Developer Program Policies

  • Google Play Child Safety Standards

  • Google Play Families Policy (where applicable)

  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

  • Other applicable local and international child safety regulations


6. Reporting and Enforcement

If we become aware of any activity or content that violates child safety standards, we will take immediate and appropriate action, which may include:

  • Investigating the issue

  • Restricting or removing features

  • Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required by law
